With that in mind we have created a list of rules and guidelines. Violation of these rules can result in consequences that include suspension of your account and if necessary, permanent removal from the forum with or without notice. We are under no obligation to moderate or police these forums. Non-enforcement or failure of strict enforcement of the rules outlined on this page should not be construed as a waiver of rights by The Forum. We will moderate when deemed necessary and at our sole discretion.

We may modify and amend to these rules and terms at any time without prior notice. We will make efforts to make new changes known, but it is your responsibility to periodically check for updates.

RULES

1. You must have a valid e-mail account in your profile so a forum moderator or administrator can reach you. If we cannot reach you by email, you may be banned without notice.
2. No profanity in subject lines, signatures or avatars.
3. No posting of nude or semi-nude, pornographic, or objectionable material in your message or your avatar.
4. No sexually explicit messages.
5. No spamming or commercial solicitation of any kind.
6. No flaming of other members to incite or perpetuate an argument. Personal attacks or name-calling is not permitted.
   
7. Do not impersonate other individuals or falsely represent yourself. Multiple accounts are not allowed and users who create multiple accounts will have all their accounts revoked.
8. Do not post on behalf of a banned member.
   
9. Responding to your own message (‘bumping the post') for the sole purpose of keeping it on the first page is not permitted.
   
10. Do not post personal information about others (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, passwords, etc.) ~ respect their privacy.
    
11. Be considerate. Any member who we feel is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive may be banned without warning.
    
12. Do not involve yourself in arguments or flaming threads with other members. If you end up saying something you shouldn't have, we'll have no choice but be forced to ban your account. If you see others bashing/fighting, report the post to us. Do not involve yourself and risk your account.
    
13. Any information you choose to post or take from this forum is “at your own risk.”
    
14. Please post to the appropriate forum. If your message is located in the wrong forum, hosts or administrators may relocate it to the correct forum.
    
15. Material posted here may not be reproduced or reposted elsewhere without the consent of the author.
    
16. Posting of concert photos (when cameras are not allowed) is prohibited.
    
17. No selling or trading of any kind.
    
18. No linking to unauthorized, unlicensed or copyright-protected items.
19. No negative opinions or insinuations concerning the work, motives, or integrity of the moderator will be permitted. If you have a complaint, it is to be delivered in a one on one communication with the moderator or a designated management representative.
20. We reserve the right to perform any action which includes, but is not limited to: moving, closing, editing or deleting of any posting, profile, avatar and/or signature for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, without prior notification or explanation to the user.

GUIDELINES

1. Moderators and administrators review forum messages from time to time and will make their best efforts to enforce these rules as fairly as possible. Their decisions are to be accepted and abided by.
   
2. At the sole discretion of the moderator, any messages found to be in violation of the above rules may be deleted without warning or explanation.
